I would go for the fishing boat/sail boat right away, we discussed this a lot in my guild, and everybody who ended up getting the rowboat instead of the fishing boat, they all regretted it after, its much faster, and just has a better feel to it then rowing around :) gl. Tip i recently learned, if you want to half afk/alt tab while going somewhere in a boat: without any autopathing set, hit t and it will auto go forward in whatever direction you are pointing, this gives you a straight line making it faster usually and you can afk as long as you point your boat in the general direction you need and with no land masses in the way..
